4. Fees and Payment

Our fees are contingent upon the successful placement of a candidate. Detailed payment terms are specified in individual service agreements signed by all parties before the commencement of the recruitment process.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your service request within 14 days of the agreement without any penalty. Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to our email address at [email protected].

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided during our recruitment process, including but not limited to job descriptions, company details, and candidate profiles, is proprietary and should not be reused without explicit permission from the relevant rights holders.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bling Consulting LLP will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services, the employment of any candidates, or the breach of these Terms.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bling Consulting LLP and its employees against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to these Terms will be resolved through mediation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, legal action may be pursued in the courts located in Reading, United Kingdom.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of these changes by posting the revised Terms and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document.
